All deposits made to your spade46 account must originate from a financial account registered in your own name. spade46 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Spade46 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and securely. The following are the withdrawal terms and procedures:

• Minimum Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.

Spade46 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following specific conditions:

• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover rate for each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire and cannot be recovered.
• Prohibition of Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is a serious violation that will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

• Bet Validity: All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases of evident technical error or force majeure events.
• Postponed/Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and tournament.
• Void Bets: Spade46 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or on events that had already concluded before the bet was placed.
• In-Play Betting: Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional rules. Spade46 is not responsible for any delays in the display of in-play odds caused by the user's internet connection.
